If you are selected for participation in Open to Buy Day, you will be required to execute a mutual nondisclosure agreement. This is to protect both parties' intellectual property during any discussions. -
In certain circumstances you may lose some of the exclusive rights in your product by submitting it for consideration before it is properly protected. Consult an attorney if you have any questions about protecting your rights. -
If you are selected to become a supplier to The Home Depot you will be required to sign The Home Depot's Supplier Buying Agreement. In addition, your product and/or factories may be subject to tests and/or audits in accordance with The Home Depot's quality assurance and social and environmental responsibility policies.
